Look what I learned today - How To Use A Cute Font For Your Blogger Post Titles

As you can see, I love customizing my scrapping blog layout and today I learned how to change the font in your Blogger Post & Sidebar Titles. I learned how to do this at KevinandAmandas blog. And I just want to give Amanda a BIG THANK YOU for this wonderful tutorial she took the time to write up and post for us. Not to mention if you are having problems she will do her best to help you out and her site is just an awesome place to kick your shoes off, settle in and stay awhile. She has free custom handwriting and Scrapbooking fonts that she created (AWESOME), plus fantastic recipes, decorating ideas and so much more. Stop take your shoes off and stay awhile and leave some love!

Oh I almost forgot but she also has a tutorial on using different fonts in your entire blog post and how to create your own custom blogger background layout, like mine. Need more incentive, well she also gives you a free scrap kit in the tutorial to make the blogger background with, so go grab it and learn how to customize your blog!

How to Make a Scrapbook Blog Background FINALLY I HAVE FIGURED IT OUT MY MISTAKE!

Photobucket

Well I have not been on here for some time now because I became very frustrated when I could not figure out why my custom blog layouts I created would not load properly on my blog page. I went as far as spending the last 2 months learning what I could on my own about CSS/HTML. That really ended up not being a bad thing though, since now I have decided to go back to school for Web Design and Graphics. But any way back on track. I was so frustrated I just gave up and then last night at 1:00 am I'm fooling around since again I can't sleep. And I try a search using my Firefox browser and I came across a tutorial called How to Make a Scrapbook Blog Background and just like that I created my first blog background layout and loaded it up and it actually worked. My mistake all this time was that I didn't realize when you upload your background image to Photobucket that you have to make sure the "MAX IMAGE SIZE" (at the bottom left corner of uploader - options) is set for "1 megabyte file size". If you do not due this when you upload your images it will shrink them down in size. I learned this through this wonderful tutorial I found by Amanda at her blog KevinandAmanda.com, Amanda also gives away a very cute Spring scrap kit freebie that she uses in the tutorial.

If this post will help just one more person from pulling their hair out, then it was so worth it and a BIG THANK YOU AMANDA!! Wonderful, fantastic, great, fabulous job on this TUT!!

Learning how to change blogger with html codes

Hello everyone, please excuse the many changes you might see on my blog over the next weeks to come but I have discovered yet another new passion. Which is how can I really change my bloy layout other then just using a digital kit and adding in an html element. I also wanted more columns and well just more of everything. So I decided to venture in to the world of html codes for blogger and so I will be trying out new templates and what not so please be patient with the look of my blog.

So far I have come across this wonderful site called Bloggerbuster.com and she has many free downloadable Blogger templates that you can minipulate, how cool :-)
